Quality as standard

We build your LV assembly, Switchboard or MCC to order and with over 50 years in the business there is no configuration that we haven’t been able to manufacture here in the UK.  And that doesn’t mean lengthy build times either, with an average of 8 weeks from conception to completion you can be sure that we meet your exacting deadlines.

Our systems and process ensure that you get the quality you’d expect from an IS09001 accredited supplier and you can even come and visit us to see your project being built. Of course we also comply with BS EN 61439 as standard.

Control in any space

Short on space? A corner to accommodate? We love the challenge and our experienced designers can ensure that your LV assembly meets your specification whatever your space. So whatever fault ratings or busbar positions are required to fit in your space, we have the design and manufacturing capability to accommodate. And with over 2000 square metres of manufacturing facility and specialist equipment you can be confident we can build to your specific requirements.

Control of delivery

We use our own specialist in house team to ensure that each delivery is secure and safe. With dedicated transport and lifting gear we deliver and install at a time suitable to you and your processes. Boulting has a large resource of highly skilled electrical engineers capable to deliver your solution whenever and wherever it’s required.

Each assembly is designed to the clients exact requirements. We individually design panels to fit where space is restricted or the environment is difficult. Arc fault protection is also available.

Design

Our engineering team use a powerful design package to optimise the design process - delivering shorter lead times, more consistent designs and no rework. Our design emphasis is on usability – we challenge our designs with questions such as: “Is there enough space for the field cabling ?” or “Is there good access to enable the system to be maintained ?”

Build

Our design package gives us a seamless transition to our build phase, with clear, unambiguous documentation transferring to our build team enabling us to build efficiently and minimise errors.

Test

Comprehensive tests culminating in a full functional test are carried out at our Warrington factory with the recorded results forming part of the project specific technical file.
